Mahardika\r\n\r\n              Top-grafting technology has benefit which is improving quality and quantity\r\nof planting products, producing new plant combinations that have advantages in\r\nterms of roots and production, accelerating flowering and fruiting times, producing\r\nplants with the same fruit properties as their parents, adjusting proportion of plants\r\nto produce yields  so they do not need new seeds and save the exploitation costs. The\r\npurpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes of farmers\r\ntowards to rejuvenating coffee plants with grafting and to determine the relationship\r\nbetween internal and external factors with level of knowledge and attitudes of\r\nfarmers about rejuvenating coffee plantation. This research was conducted from\r\nSeptember to October 2020. The research method used survey method with 63\r\nrespondents. The data are displayed descriptively to determine mean score and\r\nfrequency distribution. Data were statistically analyzed using the Spearman rank test.\r\nThe results showed that the farmer's knowledge level was in the medium category\r\nlevel with an average score of 2.15. The attitude of farmers is in the category of\r\nmedium with an average of 2.16. The intensity of extension is a variable that has a\r\nsignificant relationship to knowledge with a value of rs = 0.433 value (P <0.05).\r\nFacilities and infrastructure have a significant relationship with attitudes.\r\n\r\nKeywords: Attitude, Coffee, Evaluation, Knowledge, Grafting, \r\n\r\n1.
