Mahardika Top-grafting technology has benefit which is improving quality and quantity of planting products, producing new plant combinations that have advantages in terms of roots and production, accelerating flowering and fruiting times, producing plants with the same fruit properties as their parents, adjusting proportion of plants to produce yields so they do not need new seeds and save the exploitation costs. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes of farmers towards to rejuvenating coffee plants with grafting and to determine the relationship between internal and external factors with level of knowledge and attitudes of farmers about rejuvenating coffee plantation. This research was conducted from September to October 2020. The research method used survey method with 63 respondents. The data are displayed descriptively to determine mean score and frequency distribution. Data were statistically analyzed using the Spearman rank test. The results showed that the farmer's knowledge level was in the medium category level with an average score of 2.15. The attitude of farmers is in the category of medium with an average of 2.16. The intensity of extension is a variable that has a significant relationship to knowledge with a value of rs = 0.433 value (P <0.05).
