This research aims to determine the level of farmer's knowledge of Lakamola Anan Sio Program, knowing the level of application of rice crop cultivation technology through Lakamola Anan Sio program and Knowledge of the Lakamola Anan Sio program to the level of application of rice cultivation technology. This study used the method of discussion, interview, and division of questionnaires involving rice paddy farmers in Keoen Village in the Pantai Baru district of Rote Ndao Regency with the number of respondents 69 people. The data obtained is analyzed using the scoring analysis and correlation Rank Spearman. The results showed that farmers ' knowledge of the Lakamola Anan Sio program in high category with the average score of 2.76 and the level of application of rice crop cultivation technology is in high category with average number of Score 2.76. In addition, the results of analysis showed a significant relationship between knowledge (type of plant) with the level of application of rice cultivation technology in the stage of pest and disease Control (rs = 0,253 * and P < 0.05) and Knowledge (Program conformity) with the level of application of rice cultivation technology in the field of land preparation (rs = 0,281 * and P < 0.05). While other knowledge indicators do not have a significant relationship with the level of application of rice crop cultivation technology.
