    "notes": "he purpose of this research is to determine the real effect of the administration of POC\r\nconcentrations from tilapia waste on the growth and production of servo varieties of tomato.\r\nThis research was carried out in the greenhouse of Politeknik Negeri kupang  garden from\r\nJanuary to April 2019. The research design used was a randomized block design (RCBD) one\r\nfactor with 4 replications and 6 treatments. The treatments were applied as follows: Without\r\nPOC, the POC concentration is 1.5%, the POC concentration is 3.0%, the POC concentration\r\nis 4.5%, the POC concentration is 6.0%, and the POC concentration is 7.5%. The parameters\r\nobserved were plant height, stem diameter, leaf chlorophyll, flowering time, number of\r\nproductive branches, number of fruits or plants, weight of fruits or plants, and diameter of\r\nfruits. The results showed that the POC concentration of 3.0% tilapia waste gave the best\r\nresults on parameters of stem diameter, flowering time, number of fruits, and diameter of\r\nservo tomato.  \r\nKeywords: Liquid Organic Fertilizer, Tilapia Waste, Growth, Production, Servo  Tomatoes.",
