Propagation of dragon fruit plant seeds generally uses stem cuttings, the success of cutting growth is influenced by the length of the tendrils and the provision of root growth stimulating hormones. One of the root growth stimulating hormones is atonic. This study aims to examine the effect of cutting tendril length and atonic hormone concentration which gives the best effect on the growth of dragon fruit cuttings. This study was designed using a factorial randomized block design (RAKF) with 2 factors tested, namely the length of the cuttings (25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 cm) and the concentration of atonic hormone (0 ml / l, 1 ml / l). , and 2 ml / l). The variables observed were bud growth, number of shoots, shoot length, number of roots, fresh root beat and root dry weight. The results of the study had an effect on the length of cuttings of 50 cm size and 2 ml of atonic concentration on shoot lengths of 4 and 8 MST, number of shoots 8 MST, number of roots, root wet weight, and root dry weight.
