The development of the shallot cultivar of Sabu Raijua up to now is still facing several obstacles. One of the main obstacles is the cultivation technology thatis suitable for the growing environmental conditions for these plants, especially fertilization and adition of Trichoderma sp, to increase the growth and yield of these plants. This research was prepared using factorial experiments with separate plot design (RPT) with 10 treatments and 3 replications. The first factor is organic fertilizer consisting of cow manure and chicken manure. The second factor is the concentration of Trichoderma sp. Concentration 0% (T0), concentration 20% (T1), concentration 40% (T2), concentration 60% (T3), concentration 80% (T4). The results showed that the shallot cultivar of Sabu Raijua which was given organic fertilizer of 20 ton ha of chicken manure with a concentration of Trichoderma sp 60% produced the highest growth components at the age of 8 MST, namely plant height (47.8 cm), number of leaves (86.5 strands), number of tillers (9.7 trees) and yield components, namely tuber weight per plant (88.6 g), number of tubers per plant (48.3 tubers), tuber weight per plot (441.3 g), number of tubers per plot (9.7 tubers), tuber dry weight per plot (87.2 g).
