<note>This study aimed to 1) examine the effect of the best concentration of Amazing
Bio Growth organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of cayenne pepper plants
DewataVariety, and 2) determine the concentration of organic fertilizer Amazing
Bio  Growth  best  on  the  growth  and  yield  of  cayenne  pepper  plants  Dewata
Variety. The research was conducted in the farmer's garden in Baumata Village,
Taebenu District,  Kupang Regency in July 2020 – October 2020. The research
was designed using Randomized Group Design (RAK). Factors studied were the
concentration of organic fertilizer Amazing Bio Growth (A) namely A0 = Without
ABG, A1 = 1 ml/l, A2 = 2 ml/l, A3 = 3 ml/l, A4 = 4 ml/l, and A5 = 5 ml/l. The
observed variables were the height of plants, the percentage of flowers into fruit,
the number of fruits, the length of fruit, the diameter of the fruit, and the weight of
the fruit. The data was analyzed by fingerprints and continued with bnj 5% further
test.  The  results  showed that  1)  Amazing  Bio Growth organic  fertilizer  with
different concentration levels had a real influence on the height of plants aged 4
and 6 MST, the percentage of flowers into fruit, the number of fruits, the diameter
of the fruit, and the weight of the fruit, and the very real effect on the length of
cayenne pepper varieties per plant, and 2) The concentration of organic fertilizer
Amazing Bio Growth 2 mll/l gave the best influence on the diameter of the fruit
(9.64 mm). Amazing Bio Growth 3 ml/l organic fertilizer concentration had the
best influence on plant height of 4 MST and 6 MST (15.73 cm and 34.11 cm),
number  of fruits per plant (750.75 pieces),  fruit  diameter  (9.10 mm),  and fruit
weight  per  plant  (1,200.50  g).  Amazing  Bio  Growth  4ml/l  organic  fertilizer
concentration  gave  the  best  influence  on the  percentage  of  flowers  into  fruit
(95.72%) and the length of the fruit (4.81 cm).
