<note>Long beans (Vigna sensis L.) are a type of vegetable that is widely used as a
source of food and medicine. One of the factors affecting the productivity of
long beans is due to the availability of seeds. One of the factors affecting the
productivity of long bean plants is the availability of seeds. Therefore,
fertilizer is needed that can increase the crop production of long beans. One
of the materials that can be used is banana weevil liquid organic fertilizer.
So, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of differences in the
concentration of liquid organic fertilizer from banana weevil on the yield
and quality of organic long bean seeds and to determine the concentration
of liquid organic fertilizer for banana weevil which gave good yield and
quality of organic long bean seeds.This study used a rando mized block
design (RBD) with one factor and was repeated five times.The factors were
tested with five treatment levels without POC (P0),10 ml POC/L (P1),20 ml
POC/L (P2), 30ml POC/L (P3) and 40 ml POC/ L (P4).Supporting variable
sinclude; soil  media analysis before harvesting and NPK analysis on
banana weevil liquid organic fertilizer, while the main variable
sinclude;number of dry pods perplant,number of dry pods perplot, dry seed
weight per plant, seed weight per plot, weight of 100 seeds, germination
capacity, germination speed and simultaneous growth. The results of the
study and thequality of organic long beanseeds wereinfluenced by
differences in the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer from banana
weevil and the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer for banana weevil
gave the best results for yield and the best quality of organic long bean
seeds was P4 (40 ml /L).
