"notes": "uberose cut flower is a potential commodity. This is because it has a distinctive color\r\nand smell. The problem in post-harvest tuberose cut flowers is that the quality and quality of\r\nflower appearance decreases rapidly due to the shelf life of \u00b1 4 days after harvest. One of the\r\nstorage techniques that can be stored for a long time is to use preservatives. One of the ingredients\r\nthat can be used is coconut water which is tried out in the form of a solution. The purpose of this\r\nstudy was to determine the extent to which tuberose cut flowers were stored and to obtain the best\r\nconcentration of coconut water solution in maintaining the shelf life of tuberose cut flowers. This\r\nstudy used a one-factor completely randomized design (CRD) and was repeated four times. The\r\nfactors were tested with 6 levels of treatment, A0 = 0% coconut water (without treatment), A1 =\r\n2% coconut water (5 ml coconut water and 245 ml distilled water), A2 = 4% coconut water (10 ml\r\ncoconut water and distilled water 240 ml), A3 = 6% coconut water (15 ml coconut water and 235\r\nml distilled water), A4 = 8% coconut water (20 ml coconut water and 230 ml distilled water) and\r\nA5 = 10% coconut water (25 ml coconut water and distilled water 225 ml). Supporting variables\r\ninclude measurement of room temperature and flower bloom time; and the main variables include\r\nthe freshness of the flower, the rate of change in flower color; change in the color of the stalk and\r\nthe measurement of the volume of the absorbed solution. The results of the research are giving\r\ncoconut water preservative solution has a significant effect on the shelf life of tuberose cut flowers\r\nand the best concentration of coconut water in maintaining the shelf life of tuberose cut flowers for\r\n13 days is 10% (A5), the freshness of the flowers is 3.00 (slightly wilted), the rate of change in\r\nflower color is 3.25 (dull white), the rate of change in color of flower stalks 3.75 (bright green)\r\nwith the highest mean volume of absorbed solution, namely 141.25 ml. \r\n \r\nKey words \r\n1).\r\n Tuberose cut flowers, \r\n2).\r\n coconut water, \r\n3).\r\n consentration",
