Cucumber is one type of fruit vegetable from the pumpkin family. Cucumber seeds used in this study are ZATAVY F1. This study aims to determine the effect of various doses of cow manure on cucumber growth and yield. This research was conducted in Noelbaki Village, Kupang Tengah District, Kupang Regency, from September to October 2019. The research design used was a one-factor Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 4 replications and 6 treatments. The treatments are cow manure 5 tons / ha, 10 tons / ha, 15 tons / ha, 20 tons / ha, 25 tons / ha and 30 tons / ha. The yield showed that the administration of various doses of cow manure significantly affected the growth and yield of cucumbers on fruit weight, fruit diameter, number of fruit and length of cucumber. The dosage of cow manure 30 tons / ha gives the best yield on the observation parameters of the number of fruits as much as 5.94 cucumbers, 25 tons / ha gives the best yield on the observation parameters of fruit length of 24.96 cm, fruit weight of 4.027.9 grams and diameter parameters fruit of 5.4 cm.
