    "notes": "This research has been carried out in natural grazing fields in Fatuleu\r\nSubdistrict, Kupang Regency, with the aim of evaluating the  nutrient content of\r\nnatural grazing fields at the end of the rainy season in Fatuleu Subdistrict, Kupang\r\nRegency. The method of measurement and direct abservation in the field. The\r\nmeasurement of forage production is carried out using the \u201cactual weight estimate\u201d.\r\nMethod which uses 1m x 1m plots and the placement of plots in grasslands is carried\r\nout in a systematic method. Whereas Nutrient content analysis is carried out by\r\nmeans of laboratory analysis (Laboratory Of Animal Feed Analysis, Hassanuddin\r\nUniversity Makasar). Based on the results of the analysis of the nutrient content of\r\npalatable pasture grazing in Fatuleu subdistrict, kupang regency, which is a water\r\ncontent of 70,70%, crude Protein 9,55%, crude fat 3,03%, Crude fiber 30,82%\r\nextract material without nitrogen (BETN) 56,59% and ash 10,44%. From the result\r\nof the study can be concluded that the nutritional of the forage palatable grazing in\r\nthe vilage of Naunu, Silu, Ekateta Fatuleu subdistrict, kupand regencyis low, and\r\nthe factor that influence the low nutrient conten of forage include grazing\r\ncomposition and legum, forage growth stages, soil condition, fertilizition, watwer\r\navaibility and the growth of the white grass plant (cromolena oddorata) \r\nKeywords : Pasture,  Palatable Forage Nutrient Content,  Fatuleu Sub-district.",
