This research has been carried out in natural grazing fields in Fatuleu Subdistrict, Kupang Regency, with the aim of evaluating the nutrient content of natural grazing fields at the end of the rainy season in Fatuleu Subdistrict, Kupang Regency. The method of measurement and direct abservation in the field. The measurement of forage production is carried out using the “actual weight estimate”. Method which uses 1m x 1m plots and the placement of plots in grasslands is carried out in a systematic method. Whereas Nutrient content analysis is carried out by means of laboratory analysis (Laboratory Of Animal Feed Analysis, Hassanuddin University Makasar). Based on the results of the analysis of the nutrient content of palatable pasture grazing in Fatuleu subdistrict, kupang regency, which is a water content of 70,70%, crude Protein 9,55%, crude fat 3,03%, Crude fiber 30,82% extract material without nitrogen (BETN) 56,59% and ash 10,44%. From the result of the study can be concluded that the nutritional of the forage palatable grazing in the vilage of Naunu, Silu, Ekateta Fatuleu subdistrict, kupand regencyis low, and the factor that influence the low nutrient conten of forage include grazing composition and legum, forage growth stages, soil condition, fertilizition, watwer avaibility and the growth of the white grass plant (cromolena oddorata) Keywords : Pasture, Palatable Forage Nutrient Content, Fatuleu Sub-district.
