    "notes": "The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of suweg tuber flour\r\nutilization in ration on the weight and length of the digestive organs of crossbred\r\nnative chickens. The study was carried out for 8 weeks and at the end of the study\r\nthe chickens were fasted for 6 hours before being slaughtered and feathered.\r\nChickens then dissected and the digestive tract were taken then separated by parts\r\nof the gastrointestinal tract. The parts of digestive tract were measured for the\r\nlength and weighed of each parts. The experimental design was used Complete\r\nRandomized Design (RAL) with 4 treatments and 5 replication (P0 = rations\r\nwithout suweg tuber flour, P1= rations containing suweg tuber flour 5%, P2=\r\nrations containing suweg tuber flour 7.5% and P3= rations containing suweg tuber\r\nflour 10%). The results showed that the utilisation of suweg tuber flour\r\n(Amorphophallus campanulatus BL) in the crossbred native chicken ration had\r\nsigniffi cant effect (P<0.01) on the weight and length of the small intestine.\r\nMeanwhile, the use of suweg tuber flour (Amorphophallus campanulatus BL) in\r\nthe chicken ration has signifficant effect (P<0.05) on the weight of the pancreas\r\nand the length of the intestine, but has no effect (P>0.05) on the weight of the\r\ncolon, proventiculus, gizzard and liver. It is concluded that the utilization of\r\nsuweg tuber flour (Amorphophallus campanulatus BL) in crossbred native\r\nchicken rations affect the weight and length of small intestine, weight of pancreas\r\nand length of colon, but has no effect on the weight of colon, proventiculus,\r\ngizzard and liver. \r\nKeywords : suweg tuber, digestive organs, crossbred native chickens.",
