    "notes": "This study used the seeds of  kalopo (Calopogonium mucunoides) obtained\r\nfrom Malinjak Village, Central Sumba Regency. The seeds have been selected by\r\nimmersing them in cold water so that good seeds and dameged seeds can be\r\nidenfified and then  separated and ready to soak and plant on the media or on\r\ncotton. This study used analysis of variance based on a completely randomized\r\ndesign ( CRD) with 5 treatments and 4 repetitions of the treaments: cold water      \r\n(control) , hot water immersion 60 \r\no\r\nc  with a time difference of 3 minutes, 5\r\nminutes, 77 minutes, 9 minutes.. this research was conducted for 2 weeks starting\r\nfrom 12 september to 26 september 2020. The main variables in this study were\r\nthe germination capacity of the seeds, germation time and the time early\r\n(callopogonium mucunoides) in hot water at 60 \r\no\r\nc  had no significant  effect\r\n(P<0.05) on germination with the average PO (46,57%) P3 ( 38,34%) P5               \r\n77,75%) P7 (92,50%) P9 (89,75%). Germination time P0 (3,14 hari) P3 (4,85\r\nhari) P5 (5,77 hari) P7 ( 5,95 hari) P9 ( 5,78). The time early of sprout  PO\r\n(44,00%) P3 (68,00%) P5 (80,75%) P7 (83,23%) P9 (81,00%).  From the results\r\nof the study, it can be concluded that soaking using hot water at 60 \r\no\r\nc did not\r\nsignificantly affect the growth of kalopo seeds for  7 minutes, which was the\r\ntreament that produced the best growth of kalopo. \r\nKeywords: Germination, Sprouting time and Seed sprouts time early.",
