    "notes": "Peanut shell waste is one of the wastes that can be used as feedstuff. This study\r\naims to examine the effect of different levels of goat rumen fluid on the content of\r\npeanut shell fiber fraction. The research was conducted at the General Laboratory\r\nof the Kupang State Agricultural Polytechnic from April to September 2020.The\r\nstudy used a  completely randomized design consisting of  4 treatments  and 5\r\nreplications, namely; R0: peanut shell waste without goat rumen fluid, R1: peanut\r\nshell  waste uses 25% goat  rumen fluid, R2: peanut shell  waste uses 30% goat\r\nrumen  fluid,  R3:  peanut  shell  waste  uses  35% goat  rumen  fluid.  Data  were\r\nanalyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and further tests with the Duncan\r\nMultiple Range Test  method.The variables observed were fiber  fraction (NDF,\r\nADF, Hemicellulose, Cellulose, and Lignin).The results showed that goat rumen\r\nfluid had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on NDF levels with an average of 86.88,\r\nADF had a significant effect (P <0.05) with an average of 79.01, hemicellulose\r\nhad no significant effect.  (P> 0.05) with an average of 7.87, cellulose had no\r\nsignificant effect (P> 0.05) with a mean of 43.40, and lignin had no significant\r\neffect (P> 0.05) with an average 35.03.\r\nKeywords: Peanut Shell Waste, Fermentation, Fiber Fraction, Goat Rumen\r\nFluid",
