<note>Peanut shell waste is one of the wastes that can be used as feedstuff. This study
aims to examine the effect of different levels of goat rumen fluid on the content of
peanut shell fiber fraction. The research was conducted at the General Laboratory
of the Kupang State Agricultural Polytechnic from April to September 2020.The
study used a  completely randomized design consisting of  4 treatments  and 5
replications, namely; R0: peanut shell waste without goat rumen fluid, R1: peanut
shell  waste uses 25% goat  rumen fluid, R2: peanut shell  waste uses 30% goat
rumen  fluid,  R3:  peanut  shell  waste  uses  35% goat  rumen  fluid.  Data  were
analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and further tests with the Duncan
Multiple Range Test  method.The variables observed were fiber  fraction (NDF,
ADF, Hemicellulose, Cellulose, and Lignin).The results showed that goat rumen
fluid had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on NDF levels with an average of 86.88,
ADF had a significant effect (P <0.05) with an average of 79.01, hemicellulose
had no significant effect.  (P> 0.05) with an average of 7.87, cellulose had no
significant effect (P> 0.05) with a mean of 43.40, and lignin had no significant
effect (P> 0.05) with an average 35.03.
