The purpose of this study was to determine in vitro dry matter and organic matter digestibility of fermented peanut hull by goat rumen fluid. The experiment was used a completely randomized design (CRD), with 4 treatments and 5 replicates. Treatments were KKT0: fermentation peanut hull without rumen fluid, KKT1 fermentation peanut hull with 25% goat rumen fluid, KKT2: fermentation peanut hull with 30% goat rumen fluid, KKT3: fermentation peanut hull with 35% goat rumen fluid. The results showed that goat rumen fluid had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on dry matter and organic matter of peanut hull. However, it had significant effect (P<0.05) on dry matter digestibility and organic matter digestibility of peanut hull. It was concluded that using 25% goat rumen fluid could increase in vitro digestibility dry matter dan organic matter of peanut hull.
