    "notes": "This study aims to determine the mineral content of peanut shellshas been \r\nimplemented in the Laboratory of Animal Nutrition and Forage, Kupang State\r\nAgricultural Polytechnic. This study used a completely randomized design with 4\r\ntreatments and 5 replications consisting of: (Jkt0) peanut shells without rumen fluid,\r\n(Jkt1) peanut shells + 25% rumen fluid, (Jkt2) peanut shells + 30% ruminal fluid,\r\n(Jkt3) peanut shell + 35% rumen fluid fermented for 14 days. After fermentation the\r\nsamples are brought to the laboratory for further mineral analysis. Minerals observed\r\nwere levels of calcium, phosphorus and potassium. Data were analyzed using\r\nvariance analysis procedures and followed by Duncan's multiple range test. Based on\r\nthe statistical analysis of variance, it shows that fermentation for 14 days affects the\r\ncalcium and potassium levels of peanut shells and does not affect the phosphorus\r\ncontent of peanut shells. It was concluded that the calcium (Ca) content of peanut\r\nshells increased with the high level of use of fermented goat rumen fluid up to 25%,\r\nwhile the potassium (K) content increased at the level of 30%. Fermented peanut\r\nshells with levels of use of goat rumen fluid up to 30% have not been able to change\r\nthe levels of phosphorus (P).\r\n \r\nKeywords: Peanut Skin, Rumen Fluid, Fermentation, Calcium, Phosphorus and \r\nPotassium",
