This research has been conducted in the Forage Farm of Kupang State Agricultural Polytechnic Campus for 2 months. The purpose of this study was to examine the comparison of feed legume Indigofera zollingeriana due to the addition of POC made from cow urine. The experimental design used t test with 2 treatments consisting of U0: water alone without POC, U1: water + POC with 9 replications so that there were 18 experimental units. The variables observed were the increase in plant height (cm / week), number of branches, and leaf fresh weight. The data obtained were analyzed based on the t test using the Excel application. The t test analysis showed that the level of application of liquid organic fertilizer made from cow urine had no significant effect (p> 0.05) on the increase in plant height with a mean P0 3.61 cm / week P1 3.83 cm / week. The treatment also had no significant effect (p> 0.05) on the number of branches with an average of P0 113.56 fruit and P1 105.33 fruit, leaf / tree fresh weight had no significant effect (p> 0.05) with an average P0 572.44 grams / tree and P1 530.89 grams / tree. It is concluded that the addition of liquid organic fertilizer made from cow urine has not affected the growth of Indigofera zollingeriana plants.
