PERUBAHAN FRAKSI SERAT SILASE PAKAN KOMPLIT RUMINANSIA PADA LAMA PENYIMPANAN YANG BERBEDA

his study aims to evaluate the quality of thr complete feed silage fiber
fraction of ruminants. This research lasted for 3 months from July-September 2020 at
the Kupang State Agricultural Polytechnic Campus. This study used a completely
randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments
consisted of LP9: 9 weeks of storage, LP6: 6 weeks of storage, 3 of 3 weeks of
storage and 0 of 0 weeks of storage. Variables observed: ADF, NDF, Cellulose,
Hemicellulose and Lignin. Analysis of variance showed that the storage time for complete feed silage had a significant effect on (P <0.05) the content of ADF, NDF, Cellulose, Hemicellulose and Lignin. Conclusion: The storage time for complete feed silage increased in NDF and ADF levels, while cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin decreased with increasing storage time.
