EVALUASI KANDUNGAN ENERGI BRUTO, KALSIUM, FOSFOR DAN NEUTRAL DETERGENT FIBER TEPUNG DAUN KELOR DARI LOKASI YANG BERBEDA
XML JSONPoutry feed raw materials consist of raw materials energy, protein,
minerals, and various feed additives and feed supplements. With regard to the raw
materials for protein sources, soybean meal is the gold standard for vegetable
protein sources for the poutry feed industry. This is due to it’s very high crube
protein content and low anti-nutritional content. However, soybean meal is not
produced in Indonesia, so farmers or the feed industry have to import. Thus
contributing to the increase in the cocts of producing uiggas feed, to find
alternative feed sources of protein that cheap and availd able locally to replace
some of the forage cultivation ov leaf soybean meal namely moringa leaf.
Moringa leaf is a legume which is commonly found in Indonesia and is easy to
grow. Utilization of Moringa oleifera leaf flour as a source of protein or as a feed
additive for poultry rations. The same type of feed ingridients can produce
different nutritional content in varieties, harvest time, and the environment such
as soil type and level of fertilizer used. This research aims to measure and
compare the energy content of calcium, phosphor and neutral detergent fibre
(NDF) moringa flour from Sikka district, Timor Tengah Utara district and kupang
district. In this study, there werw three treatments of Moringa Leaf Flour in Sikka
regency (TDKS) North Central Timor Regency Moringa Leaf Flour (TDKT)
Kupang Regency Moringa Leaf Flour (TDKK) with 2 replications. The measured
variables were bulk energy of calcium, phosphor and neutral detergent fibre
(NDF). Data were tabulated and calculated using randomized block design with
statistical program applications (SAS University Education). The results of
statistical analysis showed that except the location had significan effect (P > 0,05)
on the calcium (Ca) content and gross energy of moringa leaf flour, but the
location had significan effect (P < 0,05) on the phosphorus (P) and NDF content
