This Research have been implemented in the month of September 2019 s/d November 2019 held Hamlet Fatuboki Village Oeltua District of Taebenu. Regency Kupang, Province NusaTenggara East. Research is aimed to assess oil fish whale with a level that is different to the quality of spermatozoa chicken male local. The design of the study using Design Randomized Complete (RAL) at 20 units experiments were divided in 5 treatments and 4 replications, respectively-each one unit trial of the tail chickens that tried out in the plan of research include : R0 : ration chicken free-range (control) without oil fish whales, R1 : oil fish whale 1% + 100% ration of chicken male local, R2 : oil fish whale 2% + 100% ration of chicken male local, R3 : oil fish whale 3% + 100% ration of chicken male local and R4 : oil i right whale 4% + 100% ration of chicken male locally. The results of the analysis of the statistics shows that the treatment is very influential real (P <0,01) on the viability and motility of spermatozoa and treatment effect on real (P> 0.05) pitch toward abnormality. Viability of spermatozoa chicken male local in treatment R3 and R2 are not different real (P>0,05), but the treatment is different real (P <0.05) with treatment R4, R1 and R3. While the viability of the treatment R4, R2, R1 and R0 are not there differences were obvious (P>0,05). Motility of spermatozoa chicken male locally between treatment R3 and R4 are not different real (P>0,05), but the treatment is different from the real to the treatment R2, R1 and R0. Abnormalities of spermatozoa chicken manly local demonstrated that treatment at R0 different in real (P<0,05), while between treatment R1, R2, R3 and R4 are not different real (P>0.05). Conclusions: the results of research have demonstrated that the addition of oil fish whale which contains omega 3 and omega 6 to give effect positively on the viability of sperm, motility spermatozoa and abnormality of sperm decreases. The treatments were the best of the research this is the treatment of R3 (penamba han oil fish whales as much as 3 % through oral).
