This research was conductedin the dawn of the morning farmer group, Raknamo village Amábi Oefeto Subdistrict, Kupang Ragency for one month (1 september-30 september 2020). This study aims to identify the supporting factors for the development of forage in the dawn morning morning farmer group, Raknamo village Amábi Oefeto Sub-district, Kupang district. This research uses survey and interview methods, data analysis is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive. Based on the result of the study, it was shown that the supporting factors for the development of forages in the dawn of the dawn farmer group, Raknamo village, Amábi Oefeto Sub-district which consisted of the environment, natural resources and human.
