<note>The study aims to examine the effects of nutritional hydrogen quality 
treatment tamarind seeds using  sugar borassus flabellifer different fermentation
time against the mineral content of calcium, Phosphors, and Magnesium.
Research is ongoing for three  months from July to September 2020 in the
Laboratory Nutrition and animal feed, Kupamg State Agricultural Polytechnic.
Research using a completely randomized design (CRD), which consists of four (4)
treatment anda five (5) replications. The treatments of this research were : R0 :
acid seeds, sugar borassus flabellifer 10% without fermentation (control), R1 :
fermented tamarind seed + 10% sugar borassus flabellifer for five days, R2 :
Tamarind seeds 10% sugar borassus flabellifer  fermented for 10 days, R3 :
Tamarind seeds 10% sugar borassus flabellifer  fermented for 15 days. Research
variables, namely  minerals  Ca, P, and Mg. The result showed that the
fermentation time of the beas acid using sugar borassus flabellife had a very
significant effect  (P<0,05) on Ca and P levels while Mg levels had no significan
effect (P>0.05). Based on the research, it was concluded that the effeects of
fermentation  time was long  using sugar borassus flabellifer 10%  against the best
mineral conten of of Ca, P, and Mg treatment  R3 is the 15th day</note>
