<note>The study of different doses of mycorrhizae on phosphorus uptake and
chlorophyll cantent of Desmanthus virgatus forage has been carried out in the forage
area in kupang State Agricultural Polytechnic for 3 mounts. The purpose of this study
was to evaluate phosphorus levels phosphorus uptake and chlorophyll content of
Desmanthus virgatus by giving different mycorrhizae doses. This completely
randomized design (CRD) consisted of 5 treatments, namely: P0 without mycorrhizae,
P1: 5 grams of mycorrhizae/polybag, P2: 10 grams of mycorrhizae/polybag, P3: 15
grams of mycorrhizae/polybag, P4: 20 grams of mycorrhizae/polybag sequentially
with four replicates. The variables were observed: phosphorus content, phosphorus
absorption and chlorophyll content. The collection data were tabulated using ANOVA
(Analysis Of Variance) in MS.Exel. 
The results of the analysis showed that the addition of different amounts of
mycorrhizae had no significant effect on phosphorus uptake and chlorophyll content
by phosphorus absorption was 17,23 (%), and chlorophyll content was 21,46 (mg/mL).
However, the phosphorus content had a significant effect of 14,21 (%). Duncan’s test
showed that P2 had a significant effect on forage phosphorus levels. It can be
concluded that the dose of giving mycorrhizae has an effect on the phosphorus levels
of Desmanthus virgatus with the best dose on 10 grams/polybag</note>
