<note>The present study had been conducted at the Kupang State Agricultural Polyteechnic from June to September 2020. The study aims to evaluate nutrient
digestibility coefficient of broilers fed different basal diets and feed additives.. The experimental design used in this study was a 2 x 4 factorial completely
randomized design (CRD). The 8 treatments combinations were (P0) = control diet, (P1) = control diet + Avizyme 0,10% and phyzyme 0,05%, (P2) = control diet + Allzyme 0,05% (P3) = control diet + synbiotic probio FMPlus 40 mL / L  drinking water, (P4) = sago diet, (P5) = sago diet + 0,10% Avizyme and 0,05% phyzyme, (P6) = sago diet + 0,05% Allzyme, (P7) =  sago diet + synbiotic probio FMPlus 40 mL/L drinking water. The result showed that  type of diets (TBD) did not affect (P > 0,05) the digestibility coefficient of crude  protein (DCCP), crude fiber (DCCF) and gross energy (DCGE). Except for DCCP, feed additive (FA) did not affect (P > 0,05) on the variables measured. Interaction TBD x FA was not significant (P > 0,05) in all variables measured. To sum up, 1) the supplementation of  Avizyme, Phyzyme, Allzyme SSF-E and  synbiotic  probio FMPlus  in control diets and sago diets did not improve the digestibility coefficient of crude protein, crude fiber and gross energy; 2) Avizyme-Phyzyme and Allzyme SSF-E alone improved DCCP; 3) TBD did not  affect the digestibility coefficient of nutrients</note>
