<note>Broiler is a type of bird that is easily reared and efficiently converts feed to 
meat.  The harsvesting time of broilers is about 28 to 45 days with the range of body
weight around 1.2 to 1.9 kg/bird. The fast growth of broilers should be supported by
the healthy and well development of  gut. The morphology and histology of gut and
its function are affected by a number of factors such as feed. The aim of the present
study was to evaluate the development of broiler gut fed diets containing moringa leaf
meal supplemented with synthetic amino acid. A total of 180 unsexed broilers were
randomly distributed into 18 pens (10 birds/pen). The experiment was designed using
a 2 x 2 factorial design. The first main factor was the level of moringa leaf meal
(MLM, 0%, 5%, and 7,5%) and the second main factor was synthesis amino acid
(AA, with and without). The results showed that the level of MLM affected (p <0,05
– 0,01) the weight of liver, spleen and pancreas as well as the absolut empty weight
and length of ventriculus, gizzard, small intestine, caecum and colon. The
supplementation of AA (lysine and methionine) and MLM x AA  did not
significantly affected (p>0,05) all variables measured. In conclusion, the inclusion
level of MLM up to 7.5% without lysine and methionine resulted in positive impact
on the growth performance of broilers during 42 days experiment.</note>
