The purpose of this study was to evaluate the fiber fraction and digestibility of forage in the natural pastures of Tuafanu Village, Kualin District, South Central Timor Regenscy during the rainy season This research was carried out for 4 months, from December 2020 to March 2021 in the natural pastures of Tuafanu Village, Kualin District, South Central Timor Regency (TTS). The tools used in this study were a square frame measuring 1m x 1m, writing instruments, observation tables, sickles, plastic bags, digital scales with a capacity of 5 kg with the smallest scale of 1 gram, wooden stakes and thermometers. The materials used in the study were: Fiber Fraction Levels and Digestibility of Forages in Natural Pastures in the Rainy Season. This research is a survey research, where this research goes directly to the location to collect data. The variables that will be observed in this study are the fraction of neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), cellulose, lignin, hemicellulose, dry matter digestibility in vitro, organic matter digestibility in vitro. The data obtained will be tabulated and analyzed statistically simply to get the average value. The results showed that the forage pastures in Tuafanu Village had fiber fractions of ADF 38.64%, NDF 62.83%, cellulose 72.67% hemicellulose 24.19%, lignin 6.61%, and ALT 4.35% and The results of laboratory analysis showed that dry matter digestibility was 60.77% and organic matter digestibility was 58.98% forage in Tuafanu Village. Based on the results and discussion, it was concluded that the fiber fraction and digestibility of forage in natural pastures in Tuafanu Village, during the rainy season was still quite high and reliable potential as a source of feed for ruminants.
