<note>This  study aims  to examine  the fiber  content of liquid feed  made from  tamarind  seeds due to different fermentation times. This research has been carried out for eigth months, namely from  July 2020 – February 2021 which takes place in the Nutrition and Feeding Labolatory of  the  Kupang State Agricultural Polytechnic. This study  used  whole tamarin  seeds  from the South Central Timor area and feed ingredients in the from  of  bran, corn, meat and bone meal, and soybean meal. The variables analyzed in this study were the content of  the  fiber fractions consisting  of  ADF, NDF, Cellulose, Hemicellulose, and Lignin. This  study used a completely randomized desing (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 5 replications as follows: (R0) liquid  feed with 0  days  of  fermentation  (without fermentation), (R1) liquid feed  with  fermentation time 7 days, (R2) liquid feed with  fermentation timeb of 14 days, (R3) liquid  feed for 21 days, (R4) feed with of for 28  days. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (Anova) and Duncan’s test. The results of this study showed that the length o liquid feed fermentation significantly effect  (p<0,05) to the fiber fraction. It is  recommended to carry out liquid feed fermenteation  with a water ratio of 7 days and be tested on pigs to  determine the  growth response.
