The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of mycotoxin binder addition on broiler diets containing aflatoxin B1 on carcass weight, carcass percentage and excreta score of broilers. A total of 200 day old chicks (male, Lohmann) were ransomly distributed to 20 pens (10 birds/pen). The experiment was designed by a 2 x 2 factorial complete randomized design with the main first factor being level of AFB1 (<0.28 and 2.58 ppb) and the second main factor being mycotoxin binder (with and without). Thus, there were four combination of treatments. The AFB1 diets were formulated by replacing the proportion of fresh corn in the diets. The results shows that first main factor of AFB1 had a very significant effect (P < 0.01) on the excreta score, but had no effect (P > 0.05) on the carcass weight and carcass percentage of broilers. While, the second main factor of mycotoxin binder did not affect (P > 0.05) on carcass weight, carcass percentage and excreta score. There was no significant interaction between the AFB1 level x mycotoxin binder(P > 0.05) on carcass weight, carcass percentage and excreta score of broilers. In conclusion, the level of aflatoxin B1 reduced the excreta quality but did not reduce the weight and percentage of carcass of broiler chickens aged 28 days. The use of Mycosorb individually or in combination with low AFB1 doses (up to 2.58 ppb) had no effect on the excreta quality or carcass parameters
