The purpose of this research to obtain thr results of the administering of paitan leaves liquid organic fertilizer on the growt and yield of celery plant. This research was conducted in Desa Matani, kecamatan penfui timur, kabupaten kupang. This research used random design 5 times. The treatment applied was (P1) 10 ml of paitan leaves liquid organic fertilizer/liter of water. The treatment applied was (P2) 20 ml of paitan leaves liquid organic fertilizer/liter of water. The treatment applied was (P3) 30 ml of paitan leaves liquid organic fertilizer/liter of water. The treatment applied was (P4) 40 ml of paitan leaves liquid organic fertilizer/liter of water. The treatment applied was (P5) 50 ml of paitan leaves liquid organic fertilizer/liter of water. Each polybag consist of one plant with total population of plant was 100 polybags. The parameters examined in this research were plant height, number of leaves, wet weigth, dry weight and hedonic test. The results of this research were paitan leaves liquid organic fertilizer dose of 50ml/liter of water given to the growing media, giving the best results for each observation variable namely, plant height 4 week after planting is 9,02 cm, number of leaves 4 week after planting is 7, 50 cm and 8 week after planting is 34,40 cm, 8 week after planting wet weigth is 32,82 gram and hedonic test is 3,07
