Research about the evaluation of participatory extention results to the attitude of farmers using selected technology for tomato cultivation in Nian, Miomafo Tengah, Timor Tengah Utara was conducted from February to March 2020. The purpose of this study was determined the attitude of farmers towards participatory extension, the attitude of farmers using selected technology and the relationship between participatory extension towards selected technologies. This research uses observation, interview, participatory, quisioner, documentation and literature methods, and analysis methods is scoring and rank spearman. Results of the analysis showed the respondents an agreed attitude at the planning stage with a mean score of 2.56, the implementation stage was 2.47, the monitoring stage was 2.44 and the evaluation stage was 2.46 towards the participatory extension method, the attitude of farmers towards selected technology of bokashi fertilizer. Was at the category agrees with a mean score is and significant relationship between participatory extention with selected technology of bokashi fertilizer.
