    "notes": "This research was carried out in Matani, East Penfui Village, Central Kupang District, Kupang Regency and samples from the research results were analyzed at the IPB Laboratory from November 2023 - February 2024. The aim of this research is to examine the effect of the volume of watering on tamarind seed hydroponic fodder. Java (Tamarindus indica. L) on the in vitro digestibility of crude fat, crude protein and crude fiber. The research was designed using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 6 replications. These four treatments are R0= tamarind seeds+10 ml water volume, R1= tamarind seeds+20 ml water volume, R2= tamarind seeds+30 ml water volume, and R3= tamarind seeds+40 ml water volume. The results of the research showed that the effect of watering volume on tamarind seed hydroponic fodder had a very significant effect (P<0.01) on the digestibility content of crude protein, crude fat and crude fiber. The conclusion of this research is that a watering frequency of 3 times with a watering volume of 40 ml\/day produces the best digestibility of crude protein, crude fat and crude fiber for hydroponic tamarind seed (Tamarindus indica. L) fodder. \r\nPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di Matani, Desa Penfui Timur, Kecamatan Kupang Tengah, Kabupaten Kupang dan sampel hasil penelitian di analisis di Laboratorium IPB sejak bulan November 2023 - Februari 2024. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh volume penyiraman air pada fodder hidroponik biji asam jawa (Tamarindus indica. L) terhadap kecernaan In vitro lemak kasar, protein kasar, dan serat kasar. Penelitian dirancang menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Keempat perlakuan ini adalah R0= biji asam+volume air 10 ml, R1= biji asam+volume air 20 ml, R2= biji asam+volume air 30 ml, dan R3= biji asam+volume air 40 ml. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh volume penyiraman terhadap fodder hidroponik biji asam berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap kandungan kecernaan protein kasar, lemak kasar, dan serat kasar. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah frekuensi penyiraman sebanyak 3 kali dengan volume penyiraman 40 ml\/hari menghasilkan kecernaan protein kasar, lemak kasar, dan serat kasar fodder hidroponik biji asam jawa (Tamarindus indica. L) terbaik.",
