# Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh suplementasi enzim fitase dan protease komersial pada ransum dengan nutrien yang berbeda terhadap bobot relatif organ pencernaan ayam broiler fase grower. Ternak ayam broiler (Cobss; campuran jantan dan betina) sebanyak 250 ekor digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Tiap ulangan terdiri dari 10 ekor anak ayam broiler umur sehari sehinggatotal ayam yang digunakan sebanyak 250 ekor.P0= Ransum konrol, P1= Ransum rendah protein kasar (PK); P2= Ransum rendah PK dan disuplementasi protease; P3= Ransum rendah fosfor (P); P4= Ransum rendah fosfor dan disuplementasi fitase. Hasil analisis statistic menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan perlakuan berbeda tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap bobot relatif organ pencernaan ayam broiler fase grower. Simpulannya, 1) penggunaan enzim protease pada ransum rendah protein kasar efektif meningkatkan performa pertumbuhan ayam broiler fase grower; 2) penggunaan enzim fitase pada ransum rendah fosfor tidak memperbaik performa pertumbuhan ayam broiler fase grower bahkan cenderung menurunkan pertumbuhan ternak. # This study aims to evaluate the effect of commercial phytase and protease enzyme supplementation on rations with different nutrients on the relative weight of the digestive organs of grower phase broilers. A total of 250 broiler chickens (Cobss; a mixture of males and females) were used in this study. This study used a Complete Randomized Design consisting of 5 treatments and 5 repeats. Each test consists of 10 day-old broiler chicks so that the total chickens used are 250 heads.P0= Conrolic ration, P1= Low crude protein (PK) ration; P2= Low PK ration and protease supplementation; P3= Low phosphorus ration (P); P4= Low phosphorus ration and phytase supplementation. The results of statistical analysis showed that the different treatment was not real (P>0.05) on the relative weight of the digestive organs of broiler grower phase chickens. In conclusion, 1) the use of protease enzymes in low￾crude protein rations is effective in improving the growth performance of grower phase broiler chickens; 2) the use of phytase enzymes in low-phosphorus rations does not improve the growth performance of grower phase broilers and even tends to reduce livestock growth.
