    "notes": "# Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi enzim selulase dan amilase yang  dihasilkan oleh Actinomycetes Rhizosfer yang berasal dari tanah hijauan pakan  ternak, Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Kupang. Penelitian ini dilakukakan secara  kualitatif. Parameter yang diamati adalah adanya zona bening sekitar koloni pada  media isolat penghasil enzim selulase dan amilase dan karakterisa morfologi  Actinomycetes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji aktivitas enzim selulase isolat bakteri Actinomycetes Rhizosfer pada media Carboxymethyl  cellulose (CMC) memperoleh hasil positif, yang ditandai dengan adanya zona  bening di sekitar koloni. Hasil uji aktivitas enzim amilase isolat bakteri  actinomycetes Rhizosfer pada media ISP2 yang ditambahkan 1% pati memperoleh  hasil positif yang ditandai adanya zona bening di sekitar koloni bakteri. Untuk  parameter karakter morfologi isolat, datanya dianalisis secara deskriptif yang  menunjukkan bahwa karakter morfologi koloni isolat cukup berbeda pada  berbagai media ISP2. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa isolat  Actinomycetes Rhizosfer memiliki kemampuan katalitik tehadap substrat selulase, dan amilase. Isolat Actinomycetes Rhizosfer ini dapat dimanfaatkan  sebagai imbuhan pakan.   # The aim of the research is to identify cellulase and amylase enzymes produced  by Rhizosphere Actinomycetes originating from forage soil for livestock, Kupang  State Agricultural Polytechnic. This research was conducted qualitatively. The  parameters observed were the presence of a clear zone around the colonies on the  isolate media producing cellulase and amylase enzymes and the morphological  characteristics of Actinomycetes. The results of this study show that the results of  the enzyme activity test cellulase of Actinomycetes Rhizosphere bacterial isolates  on Carboxymethyl cellulose media (CMC) obtained positive results, which were  indicated by the presence of a clear zone in around r colony. The results of the  amylase enzyme activity test for Rhizosphere actinomycetes bacterial isolates on  ISP2 media added with 1% starch obtained positive results as indicated by the  presence of a clear zone around the bacterial colonies. For the morphological  character parameters of the isolates, the data were analyzed descriptively which  showed that the morphological characters of the isolate colonies were quite  different on various ISP2 media. Based on the research results , it can be  concluded that the Rhizosphere Actinomycetes isolate has catalytic ability  towards cellular substrates and amylase . This Rhizosphere Actinomycetes isolate  can be used as a feed additive.",
