Perpustakaan Politani Kupang Contributor # Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh level tepung daun kelor, level putak, serta interaksi antara level tepung daun kelor (LTDK) dan level putak (LP) terhadap kualitas fisik dan break even point harga (BEPH) pakan pellet ayam broiler fase finisher. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial, terdiri dari 6 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Variabel yang diamati: berat jenis (BJ), kerapatan tumpukan (KT), sudut tumpukan (ST), pellet durability index (PDI), dan BEPH. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa LTDK, LP, dan interaksi LTDK x LP berpengaruh sangat nyata (P < 0,001) terhadap BJ pellet. Level TDK berpengaruh sangat nyata (P < 0,01) terhadap KT. Level Putak berpengaruh nyata (P < 0,05) terhadap KT. Interaksi LTDK x LP berpengaruh tidak nyata (P > 0,05) terhadap KT pellet. Level TDK berpengaruh sangat nyata (P < 0,001) terhadap ST. Level Putak dan interaksi LTDK x LP berpengaruh tidak nyata (P > 0,05) terhadap ST pellet. Level TDK berpengaruh sangat nyata (P < 0,001) terhadap PDI, Level Putak berpengaruh sangat nyata (P < 0,01) terhadap PDI, sedangkan interaksi LTDK x LP berpengaruh tidak nyata (P > 0,05) terhadap PDI. Level TDK, LP, dan interaksi LTDK x LP menurunkan BEPH pellet. Simpulannya, 1) penggunaan TDK sebanyak 3 dan 5% dalam ransum meningkatkan kualitas fisik pellet pakan ayam broiler, 2) Kecuali ST, penggunaan putak pada level 2% meningkatkan kualitas fisik pellet, 3) Kecuali BJ, interaksi LTDK x LP tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas fisik pellet, 4) LTDK, LP dan interaksi LTDK x LP menurunkan BEP harga pellet. # This study aims to evaluate the influence of moringa leaf meal level, sago level, as well as the interaction between moringa leaf meal (MLM) level and sago level (SL) on physical quality and price break even point of broiler finisher feed pellet. This study used a Complete Randomized Design (CRD) factorial pattern, consisting of 6 treatments and 4 replications. The variables observed were specific gravity (SG), stack density (SD), pile angle (PA), pellet durability index (PDI), and break even point price (BEPP). The results showed that the Level of Moringa Leaf meal (LMLM), the Sago Level (SL), and LMLM x SL interaction affected (P < 0.001) the SG of feed pellets. The LMLM affected (P < 0.01) the PD. The SL affected (P < 0.05) the PD, while the LMLM x SL inetraction did not affect (P > 0.05) the PD of feed pellet. The LMLM affected (P < 0.001) the PA, while the SL and the LMLM x SL interaction did not affect (P > 0.05) the PA of feed pellet. The LMLM influenced (P < 0.001) the PDI. The SL influenced (P < 0.01) the PDI, while the LMLM did not influence (P > 0.05) the PDI. The LMLM, SL, LMLM x SL interaction lowered the BEP price feed pellet. In conclusion, 1) the addition of LMLM of 3 and 5% in the diets improved the physical quality of feed pellet, 2) the use of 2% sago increased the physical quality, but did not affect the PA angle of feed pellet 3) the interaction between LMLM and sago increased the SG, but had no effect on the PD, PA, and PDI. The addition of LMLM, SL, and LMLM x SL interaction decreased the BEPP of feed pellets.
