TINGKAT PENERAPAN USAHA TANI DENGAN POLA TEBAS BAKAR DI DESA LEMBUR TIMUR KECAMATAN LEMBUR KABUPATEN ALOR

# Tingkat penerapan usaha tani dengan pola tebas bakar masyarakat Kabupaten Alor, Khususnya masyarakat Desa Lembur Timur masih dipengaruhi pada pola-pola pertanian tradisional dalam membudidayakan tanaman. Komoditas tanaman yang dibudidayakan masyarakat Desa Lembur Timur berupa tanaman pangan seperti padi, jagung dan ubi-ubian dan tanaman perkebunan seperti kemiri, kelapa, jambu mete. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk mengetahui tingkat penerapan usahatani dengan pola tebas bakar. (2) Untuk mengetahui faktor-fakor yang mempengaruhi penerapan usahatani dengan pola tebas bakar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Lembur Timur, Kecamatan Lembur, Kabupaten Alor. Penelitian ini berlangsung pada bulan juni 2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat penerapan usahatani dengan pola tebas bakar : (1) pembukaan lahan dengan tebas bakar kategori tinggi (2) pengolahan lahan kategori sedang dengan (3) gotong royong untuk persiapan pembukaan lahan tinggi. Faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan adalah pendidikan. # The level of implementation of farming with the slash-and-burn pattern in the Alor Regency community, especially the Lembur Timur Village community, is still influenced by traditional agricultural patterns in cultivating plants. The plant commodities cultivated by the Lembur Timur Village community are food crops such as rice, corn and tubers and plantation crops such as candlenuts, coconuts, and cashews. This study aims to (1) determine the level of implementation of farming with the slashand-burn pattern. (2) To determine the factors that influence the implementation of farming with the slash-and-burn pattern. This research was conducted in Lembur Timur Village, Lembur District, Alor Regency. This research took place in June 2024. The method used in this study was a survey method with a quantitative approach. The results of the study showed the level of implementation of slash and burn farming: (1) land clearing with slash and burn in the high category. (2) land processing in the medium category. (3) mutual cooperation for preparation of high land clearing. The factor that has a significant influence is education.
